If a guest cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of service time a 50% fee will be applied to their credit card for massage therapy. A 75% fee will be applied to credit cards for cancellation on a Chiropractic service. If a guest is a no-call, no-show with no communication, 100% of the invoice will be applied to their credit card for both massage and chiropractic. 50% and 75% of the service is calculated to be figured into a cancellation fee.
We offer several different types of membership discounts. Read more about them here.
Early cancellation of a membership requires a payment of 50% of the remaining time of the contract. Any remaining credits need to be redeemed within 60 days of cancellation.
Yes, we offer gift certificates for any amount. They make a great gift for any occasion.
